I hope all of you had a safe and fun New Year’s celebration and that your favorite football teams are still playing! I wanted to take this opportunity to thank each of you for your interest in our business in 2024. While the overall number of transactions in our market was down this year over the previous four years, we were able to help 63 families buy or sell lake properties. Our total sales volume for 2024 was 21% higher than the volume that we produced in 2019, the year before the real estate frenzy created by the virus.
